New Unified Desk solution for 5 different countries based on Dynamics CRM

To support the contact centers of 5 countries of Rabobank International a completely new application was built, capable of handling communication via multiple channels (phone, e-mail, social media).

The system was built on top of Dynamics CRM and focused on ease of use  and process automation.
