Make communication with customers more personal

The old agent desktop of Eneco had to be replaced by a UD that helped the agents to be more personal and relevant during customer interactions.

During the project I analyzed all processes that had to be supported, designed the new interface and developed several interaction models to support the agent-user dialog in an intuitive and flexible way.
